Job summary

Piper Companies in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to support a leading cybersecurity and compliance consulting company, managing client-facing professional services engagements across cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, public sector, and cloud offerings. This is a REMOTE position.

You will oversee 5-7 simultaneous engagements from execution through completion, review SOWs and milestones, lead meetings, and manage risks, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably managing client-facing technology or professional services engagements.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong experience with SOWs, scope, deliverables, project schedules, risks, and contractual commitments.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, forecasts, and utilization.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with cybersecurity, cloud, compliance, or GRC projects is preferred.
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 5-7 simultaneous client-facing professional services engagements from execution through completion.
• Review and manage projects against SOWs, scope, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and contractual commitments.
• Lead internal and customer-facing project meetings, providing status updates and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Track project plans, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across multiple workstreams.
• Proactively identify project risks, blockers, scope concerns, and potential delays and drive teams toward resolution.
• Coordinate internal resources and delivery teams to ensure project milestones and customer commitments are met.
• Monitor project budgets, resource utilization, forecasts, and potential overruns.
• Take ownership of active engagements and drive projects through successful customer acceptance and closeout.
