Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead a PMO Transformation initiative. This full-time, 100% remote role requires hands-on leadership to own client engagements, drive accountability, and deliver across a portfolio of consulting and technology projects in cybersecurity, compliance, risk management, cloud services, and advisory consulting.

You will manage 5–7 concurrent engagements, review SOWs, develop plans, lead client meetings, track budgets and resources, mitigate risks, and

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from planning through closeout.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong client-facing meetings and status calls.
• Experience with SOWs and translating requirements into plans.
• Track budgets, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Certifications preferred but not required (PMP/Agile/A Scrum).

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 5-7 concurrent client engagements.
• Review SOWs, project scope, milestones, deliverables, and commitments.
• Own engagements and assess status, risks, and next steps.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions.
• Lead internal and client-facing status meetings.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budgets, staffing.
• Elevate risks, delays, blockers, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
