Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and lead the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice.

You will drive governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and delivery reporting across data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data platform initiatives. You will partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering Teams, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
• Experience managing data projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility into all service delivery resources and project assignments.
• Align inbound project demand with available resource capacity and skill sets.
• Track projects from initiation to completion and ensure staffing aligns to requirements.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables; provide updates.
• Facilitate status meetings, reviews, and customer updates; drive recovery plans when needed.
