Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and lead the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice. You will drive governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and delivery reporting across data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data platforms.

You will partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering Teams, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
• Experience managing data projects and analytics programs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Palantir or similar data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead PMO for Data & Analytics Practice.
• Govern project governance, portfolio management, and delivery reporting.
• Coordinate with leadership, data architects, engineering, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives.
• Build PMO capabilities while actively managing portfolios and delivery processes.
