Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and lead the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice.

The role drives governance, portfolio management, resource planning, delivery reporting, and operational excellence across data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data platform initiatives. The PMO Lead will partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering Teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, and aligned to strategic business

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required.
5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing technical/data projects.
Experience with Palantir or similar data platforms.

Responsibilities

Maintain visibility into all service delivery resources and project assignments.
Align inbound project demand with resource capacity and skill sets.
Coordinate resource assignments across multiple engagements and projects.
Monitor resource utilization and optimize delivery performance.
Identify constraints and develop mitigation plans.
Track projects from initiation through completion and ensure alignment with requirements.
