Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and run the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice. You will drive governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and delivery reporting across data, analytics, AI, and data platforms.

Collaborating with Practice Leadership and engineers, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business goals. This hands-on leader will build PMO capabilities while managing programs and delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong governance, risk, and delivery management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage resource capacity across multiple engagements.
• Oversee project initiation through completion with proper staffing.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and delivery metrics for governance.
• Lead risk and issue management and escalation processes.
• Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams.
