Job summary
SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and lead the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice.
You will drive governance, portfolio management, resource planning, delivery reporting, and operational excellence across data, analytics, AI, reporting, and data platform initiatives. You will partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned to business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
- Experience leading data/analytics projects and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Palantir or similar data platforms.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead PMO governance for Data & Analytics practice.
- Oversee portfolio management, resource planning, and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate with leadership, architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Maintain dashboards, metrics, and risk logs; drive governance standards.
- Lead staffing decisions and capacity planning across engagements.
