Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and lead the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice. You will drive governance, portfolio management, resource planning, and delivery reporting across data, analytics, AI, and data platform initiatives.

You will partner with Practice Leadership, Data Architects, Engineering, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and aligned to strategic objectives. A hands-on leader to build PMO capabilities is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing technical/data projects.
• Experience with Palantir or similar data platforms.
• Industry/domain awareness.
• Up to 30% travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead PMO for Data & Analytics Practice.
• Drive project governance, portfolio management, and resource planning.
• Oversee delivery reporting and operational excellence across data initiatives.
• Partner with leadership, architects, engineers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Build PMO capabilities while actively managing portfolios, programs, and delivery processes.
• Maintain dashboards, risk logs, and delivery metrics.
