Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a PMO Lead to establish and run the PMO for the Data & Analytics Practice, driving governance, portfolio management, and delivery excellence.

You will partner with practice leadership, data architects, engineering, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This hands-on leader role requires building PMO capabilities while actively managing portfolios and program delivery across data, analytics, AI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years in consulting, program management, or delivery.
• Experience managing technical/data projects and Palantir.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern PMO processes across data and analytics initiatives.
• Oversee portfolio, programs, and project delivery to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership, architects, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
