Job summary

NAPA Safety Solutions seeks a Project Director, PMO, to define, introduce and embed a common project management approach across global teams. You will coach peers, establish standards, and ensure governance grows as maturity improves, with potential direct project leadership on complex deliveries.

Based in Germany and working 100% remotely, you will partner with sales, delivery and service to deliver consistent outcomes, while building a community of practice and transparent portfolio visibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, technology, business or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of leading large, complex projects or programs with accountability.
• Experience designing and embedding a real-world project management process.
• End-to-end lifecycle ownership from pre-sales to handover.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site/multi-team programs without direct authority.
• Strong scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management process across Safety Solutions.
• Ensure information flow across sales, delivery, service and support.
• Define client communication and expectation management across stages.
• Develop templates and governance for portfolio visibility and reporting.
• Lead change management, coaching and community of practice.
• Contribute to developing PMO capabilities and career path.
