The position offers travel up to 20% and a focus on leadership development. You will collaborate with Client Delivery Leads, PMO leaders, and executives, driving standard practices, risk management, and strategic planning across regional

Qualifications

10+ years of program, portfolio, or delivery leadership in complex software implementations and production support.
Experience in healthcare, Medicaid, Medicare, pharmacy, or government technology.
Ability to learn unfamiliar products quickly and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Directs operations of large or global account programs management office.
Influences governance execution, process development, and program integration.
Provides regional portfolio oversight with consolidated visibility into strategic programs and delivery performance.
Builds partnerships with client delivery leads, account executives, PMO leaders, and cross-functional teams.
