Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Director, Project and Program Management to lead the TPMO within Workplace Management Technology. You will manage a team of Project and Program Managers, shaping the delivery of the software and platform roadmap.

The role requires 7–10+ years in PM, hands-on leadership, and a track record of building backlog governance, with a strong focus on AI-enabled delivery and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in project/program management, with 3+ years leading a PMO or a team of project/program managers.
• Experience owning backlog/portfolio prioritization frameworks and delivery governance at scale; proven people management.
• Strong command of SDLC/Agile delivery models and governance in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent executive communication skills for senior leadership.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and demonstrated productivity improvements through AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Project/Program Managers and oversee staffing decisions.
• Own prioritization and sequencing framework for the product development backlog and ensure defensible ROI.
