Job summary

Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Program Manager, PMO, to lead complex, cross-functional software initiatives from planning through release. You will partner with engineering, product, design, QA, platform, and operations to build program plans, resolve dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive AI-focused governance, design multi-step workflows, and mentor TPMs/PMs while raising the AI fluency floor across the PMO. This role supports a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of total industry experience with 8+ years in technical program management.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle and PMO governance.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with multi-step workflows spanning tools.
• Experience with Atlassian tools and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-team software initiatives from planning to release.
• Translate cross-functional problems into concrete program plans with milestones.
• Establish execution framework and PMO standards across programs.
• Provide senior-status reporting and risk mitigation across projects.
• Design AI-powered workflows and reusable automation libraries.
• Mentor TPMs/PMs and contribute to roadmap planning.
• Ensure regular documentation, status updates, and metrics.
