Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Project and Program Management to lead the TPM Office within Workplace Management Technology. You will shape the delivery backbone, own prioritization, tracking, and ROI validation, and drive AI-enabled workflows across multiple workstreams.

You will manage a team of Project/Program Managers, partner with Product and Engineering, and report on portfolio health to executives. This remote-friendly role is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in project/program management; 3+ years leading a PMO or team of managers.
• Experience owning backlog/portfolio prioritization at scale.
• Strong people management and coaching.
• Solid SDLC/Agile delivery in a matrix org.
• Excellent executive communication for senior leadership.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Project/Program Manager team; set goals and staffing.
• Own prioritization framework and end-to-end delivery tracking across initiatives.
• Represent the PMO in leadership forums; manage stakeholder relationships.
• Own portfolio-level reporting and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
• Lead AI adoption across the team and scale high-value AI workflows.
