Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management and leading complex technology projects.
• Experience presenting to leadership and C-suite.
• Strong background with executive leadership, tech teams, architects, product owners.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations with escalation when needed.
• Advanced stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and clients.
• Proven track record of managing resources, budgets, and teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data handling compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Use analytical reasoning to assess performance and drive data-driven improvements.
• Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human review.
