Job summary

Mission Underwriters is seeking a PMO Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers and the PMO. You will assist with planning, tracking, communications, documentation, and training coordination across multiple projects in a 100% remote environment.

You will help maintain PMO tools, templates, and processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise standards, while collaborating with stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, administrative support, project coordination, or related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Miro.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with knowledge management systems such as Confluence, Guru, Notion, or Zendesk.
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Snowflake, or Collate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project plans, schedules, and coordination of dependencies.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables to support timely completion.
• Prepare and distribute status reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders.
• Track metrics, risks, issues, and action items across the portfolio.
• Maintain governance docs and ensure PMO standards compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and capture outcomes.
