Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own the IMR Monthly Check-in cadence with F5 SPOCs and ensure timely data collection and action follow-through.
• Author and distribute the IMR Monthly Flash for L8+ management with key metrics and narrative.
• Manage IMR OP1 calendar and coordinate milestones across the annual planning cycle.
• Lead IMR Budget Audits and Fleet Management reporting with WW Ops Finance for accuracy.
• Own xBR SharePoint management and keep documentation organized and accessible.
• Drive AI efficiency initiatives, including Playbook Automation and Daily Records Email to reduce manual prep time.
