Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a strategic leader to head the global PMO, IMO, and CMO, aligning integration, governance, and change programs across regions and functions. You will build a high-performing team and establish standardized project management practices that translate strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive enterprise transformation, influence executives, and ensure successful value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in business, operations, supply chain, finance or related field.
15+ years leading enterprise transformation, project/program management or organizational change initiatives.
8+ years logistics, transportation, warehousing or supply chain operations experience.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead AIT's global PMO, IMO and CMO as an enterprise function for project delivery excellence.
Oversee post-merger integration efforts and develop repeatable playbooks for synergy realization.
Lead enterprise change management and governance to enable strategic initiatives and organizational adoption.
Engage with executive leadership and boards to report progress and drive alignment across functions.
Recruit, develop and retain PMO and CM professionals and build career development pathways.
