Job summary

Geek+ is a global technology company specializing in smart logistics. We seek a Senior Strategy Global PMO to lead cross-regional standardization and governance, aligning delivery methodologies and RACI models across overseas teams.

The role focuses on tracking financial performance, driving KPI attainment, and integrating AI-driven delivery. You will collaborate with headquarters, mentor PMO staff, and push continuous improvement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, PM, IS, SC, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management or high-impact delivery roles.
• Proven track record in governance, process standardization, and cross-team adoption.
• Bridge between execution and financial control with cash flow and cost variance awareness.
• Portfolio-level oversight to drive on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management for executive discussions and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience coaching PM professionals to build team capability.
• Solid governance framework and audit practice knowledge.
• Advanced AI capability and automation experience is a plus.

• Serve as the primary interface between project teams and business unit leadership; facilitate steering committees.
• Develop and enhance training for PMO staff and junior team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and share best practices across the regional PMO.
• Promote AI-augmented delivery methods and track AI productivity gains.

Strategy Global PMO (Senior)

Responsibility

• Lead the landing standardization, processes of streamline, and methodologies across the overseas region.
• Drive alignment and adoption of RACI models, standard templates, and project delivery methodology enhancements
• Track project financial performance, lead benefits realization and cost-saving tracking, and contribute to investment decision-making with data-driven recommendations
• Monitor and drive project delivery performance across the regional portfolio, including schedule, budget, and quality.
• Support projects to achieve key performance indicators on time and within budget, assist in phase reviews, always monitor key risks, and coordinate with relevant representatives at headquarters to provide support.
• Serve as the primary interface between project teams and business unit leadership. Facilitate steering committees and executive reviews and build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders across functions.
• Develop and enhance professional and diverse training for project managers and junior PMO team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and feedback sessions, and share best practices and lessons learned across the regional project management community.
• Promote AI-augmented delivery methods, drive regional AI adoption, and track and report AI usage and productivity gains.
• Ensure projects comply with PMO standards and organizational policies.
• Conduct periodic audits of project documentation and processes, support internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skill And Capability

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or related field; master's degree in MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management, or high-impact project delivery roles
• Strong track record project governance functions, with hands-on experience driving process standardization and adoption across diverse teams
• Proven ability to bridge project execution and financial control, including familiarity with financial metrics such as cash flow and cost variance analysis
• Demonstrated experience in portfolio-level oversight, with the ability to guide projects toward on-time, on-budget outcomes
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating executive-level discussions and building alignment across cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI and python, and predictive modeling to enable proactive, data-driven portfolio management
• Holding a recognized project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent)
• Experience driving AI adoption in product, engineering, QA, or operational workflows
