Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7 years of experience supporting project management, PMO operations, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and/or project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project communication plans to ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain and organize project documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying risks, trends, and issues.
• Support project managers and program leadership with reporting, coordination, and communications.
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives within the PMO environment.
• Experienced using Microsoft tools to implement efficiencies (dashboarding, etc.) and improving business processes.
