Job summary

Heritage Werks is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the PMO by ensuring data integrity, governance, and enterprise work management across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Program Management and project managers to standardize processes, audit health, build dashboards, and deliver accurate operational reporting to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Business Analysis, PMO, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Internship or entry-level project management experience will be considered.
• Experience building reports or dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO by ensuring the integrity of project data and governance.
• Audit project health, budgets, schedules, and documentation for compliance.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Monitor project health, capacity, utilization, and portfolio metrics.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist with Wrike administration, templates, forms, and workflows.
