Job summary

Assurit Consulting Group is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support program and project success through clear communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. This role ensures alignment across teams and leadership by managing information flow, governance activities, and actionable project insights.

Ideal candidates have PMO experience, particularly in DoD or federal environments, and are proficient with Microsoft tools to drive efficiency and better process outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7 years of experience supporting project management, PMO operations, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and coordination across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, and/or project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Facilitate governance meetings, working groups, and stakeholder workshops.
• Maintain and organize project documentation per organizational standards.
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying risks, trends, and issues.
• Support project managers and program leadership with reporting, coordination, and communications.
• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders for timely information flow.
• Assist with PMO process improvement initiatives within the PMO environment.
• Utilize Microsoft tools to implement efficiencies (dashboarding) and improve business processes.
