Job summary

DEFENSEWERX is seeking a Corporate Project Analyst to support the PMO by coordinating project activities, maintaining standardized processes, and collecting data for reporting and decision-making. This remote role reports to the Corporate PMO Manager and serves stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with Domo, Smartsheet, and SweetProcess.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, data analytics, operations, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, data analysis, reporting, process documentation, or related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with project management and reporting tools, including Domo, Smartsheet, and SweetProcess, preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and maintain standardized processes and documentation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc status reports for PMO leadership and stakeholders.
• Track and report key performance metrics across the program portfolio.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, decisions, and action-item follow-up.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, sheets, and other tracking tools in Smartsheet and Domo.
• Provide basic training and support for PMO tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes.
