Job summary

rockITdata is seeking a highly organized Program Analyst to join our team supporting a mission-critical Department of Veterans Affairs program. This role runs the PMO battle rhythm and cross-cutting coordination spanning program management, personnel access, and governance.

Key responsibilities include managing action items, artifacts, onboarding and status reporting, and supporting governance reviews and executive materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred.
• PMP or CAPM preference.
• Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles.
• Maintain program artifacts, schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, issue logs, and dependency logs.
• Run personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, onboarding, and access‑coordination status reporting and escalation.
• Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and executive status materials.
