Qualifications

• Experience with project financials, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently with remote teams.
• A self-motivated, organised, and professional approach in a fast-paced technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and maintaining projects in internal systems and supporting resource booking, scheduling, and coordination.
• Tracking budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and expenses while auditing data for accuracy.
• Coordinating between SPP and Finance to support invoicing and keeping project plans and timelines up to date.
