Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering 100% remote outpatient care for PMHNPs. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, routine 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups, with an in-house referral network and full operational support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with independent practice authority.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Manage medications and clinical follow-ups within established standards.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists; coordinate care.
• Document care clearly in the electronic medical record and maintain quality metrics.
