Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice offering fully remote outpatient care. As a PMHNP, you will manage comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management, with independence over schedule and patient population.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, minimal administrative burden, and employer-paid malpractice and health benefits, with a strong collaborative, in-house referral network and extensive support services.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC required.
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Perform medication management with evidence-based practices.
• Deliver psychoeducation and supportive therapy.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists within a integrated care model.
