Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice delivering outpatient care entirely remotely. We seek a PMHNP-BC with 3+ years of post-graduate experience to lead evaluations, plan treatments, and manage medications in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage a lower to moderate acuity patient population.
• Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups.
• Operate within an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists/therapists.
• Benefit from full operational support (scheduling, billing, intake coordination).
