Job summary

Talkiatry seeks an experienced PMHNP-BC for 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry practice. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications within an integrated care model with supporting staff and licensing assistance.

The role offers clinician autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a focus on evidence-based care, with employer-paid malpractice and health benefits. Remote, fully remote telepsychiatry experience is essential.

Qualifications

Board-certified PMHNP-BC
Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management
Psychoeducation and supportive therapy
Comfort in a fully remote telepsychiatry model
Proficiency with electronic medical records to document care
Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and team-based approach
Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development

Responsibilities

100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD)
Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-ups
No inpatient or crisis coverage
Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
