Talkiatry is seeking an experienced PMHNP for a remote, outpatient role in the United States. This full‑/part‑time W‑2 position offers predictable compensation and a patient‑centered practice with minimal administrative burden, 60‑minute intakes, 30‑minute follow-ups, and a supportive in-house referral network.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, manage medication plans, provide psychoeducation, and operate within established clinical standards, with scheduling control and a fully remote

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP with autonomous practice authority.
• 3+ years post-graduate clinical PMHNP experience in outpatient care.
• Experience delivering comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care with established clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy; manage medications.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model and with in-house referrals.
