Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Coordinator, Delegated Vendor Management to join our Network Contracting team. This role supports project work related to delegated vendors and reports to the Director, Network Contracting.

The position is remote, open to residents in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX, with potential future hybrid options. The base pay range is $67,813 to $89,004 per year, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Other duties as assigned
