Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Project Manager for its Network Operations team. This remote role is open to candidates residing in Dallas, Texas, with potential hybrid work in the future.

Base pay ranges from $122,212 to $160,404 annually, plus benefits, unlimited vacation, and annual performance bonuses. You will lead end-to-end operational excellence across large cross-functional groups, drive program standardization, and provide executive reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of commensurate experience.
• 6+ years of program and project management in the healthcare space.
• 6+ years experience in change management and process improvement and implementation.
• 6+ years of experience solving health plan operational problems.
• Experience working within a rapidly scaling organization.
• Masters in Business Administration or healthcare related field(s).
• Experience with google suite (Sheets, Docs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end operational excellence across large, cross-functional work groups.
• Coordinate multiple projects, products, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead program standardization, operationalization, and issue resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain executive reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Identify risks and opportunities to develop and implement new programs.
• Organize meeting notes, decisions, and action items for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
