Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Coordinator, Behavioral Health Vendor Management to join its Network Contracting team. The role supports vendor programs, coordinates tasks, and ensures timely progression through project milestones, reporting to the Director, Network Contracting.

The position is remote with eligibility for candidates in Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX; future models may include a hybrid hub presence. The base salary ranges from $67,813 to $89,004 plus benefits and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in vendor management or health care contracting.
• Experience coordinating vendor programs and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with auditing, QA, and ticketing systems like Jira is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation including configuration, testing, and monitoring of all elements of services administered by our vendors/stakeholders.
• Manage inbound escalations, validate the issue, identify root cause, and communicate timely resolution to stakeholders.
• Review internal and external audit requests and coordinate with vendors and/or project stakeholders as required.
• Support business alignment and oversight with key stakeholders by providing cross-program support to program leads.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
