Job summary

Tiello LLC, in partnership with a growing structural steel/misc. metal fabricator & erector, seeks a Project Manager with experience in fabrication and erection for projects valued between $15M and $30M.

In this remote/Southeast role, you will manage full project lifecycles, develop schedules and budgets, review drawings, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensure safety standards, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in structural steel fabrication/erection.
• Proficiency with TEKLA EPM, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Experience managing $15M-$30M projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural steel/misc. metal fabrication and erection projects from start to finish.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and drawings for accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Resolve issues during fabrication and installation phases.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress, budget, and timelines.
• Lead and mentor the project team for successful execution.
