Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Director of Project Management for Steel Fabrication and Erection, with remote or Orlando, FL work options. The role oversees complex structural steel programs up to $50M+, coordinating with multiple trades and directing a team of PMs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Candidates should have 10+ years in steel fabrication/erection, with TEKLA EPM expertise; exposure to Bluebeam/Procore/MS products is a plus. U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Experience managing projects up to $50M.
• TEKLA EPM software is required.
• Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Products is a plus.
• Willingness to pass background/drug screen.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project managers
• Oversee and manage large scale complex structural steel fabrication and erection projects from cradle to grave
• Issue Purchase Orders and Subcontract Agreements
• Orders material as needed
• Coordinates with other trades, subcontractors, and erectors
• Monitors weekly production / project performance
• Monitors safety at the job site
• Ensures the job is built in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Ensures the project is completed within the project estimate
• Tracks the job’s progress

Job Title: Director of Project Management (Steel Fabrication & Erection)

Location: REMOTE or Orlando, FL

Compensation: $140,000 - $165,000

Company Overview: Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Steel Fabricator/Erector in the Southeast area on their search for a Director of Project Management to focus on work in Steel Fabrication and Erection, managing projects ranging in value up to $50M+.

Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience managing steel fabrication and erection projects and will be responsible for reviewing bids, issue purchase orders/subcontract agreements, supervise field personnel, coordinate with other trades/subcontractors/fabricators, and monitor job sites.

Project Types: Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals – Commercial/Industrial (Healthcare, Data Centers, Warehouses, Education)

Job Responsibilities:

• Willingness to pass background/drug screen
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
