Job summary

Jiga is seeking a Program Manager to join our team and own customers' production journeys from prototype to scale. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into manufacturing realities and partner with top customers to ensure their projects succeed.

In this remote-US role, you’ll navigate DFMs, supplier selection, and cross-functional timelines while keeping a sharp focus on outcomes for high-profile accounts in CNC, sheet metal, and injection molding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding).
• Direct experience managing production projects through full lifecycle.
• Proven track record interfacing with demanding customers on complex technical projects.
• Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
• Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer outcomes.
• Startup experience and comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Own outcomes completely and energy in solving hard problems.

Responsibilities

• Own customer production outcomes - Be the single point of accountability for our top accounts’ manufacturing success
• Manage complex production projects - Navigate DFM issues, supplier selection, quality requirements, and scale-up challenges across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, and other processes
• Scale products to production - Guide customers through the transition from prototyping to volume manufacturing
• Strategic supply chain navigation - Leverage your manufacturing expertise to solve problems our customers don’t yet see coming
• Bridge technical and business requirements - Translate between engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines
