Job summary

Jiga is seeking a Manufacturing / NPI Engineer to manage the process of introducing new products to production. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our engineering processes align with production needs and supplier capabilities. You will oversee everything from First Article Inspections to quality protocols, ensuring a smooth transition from prototype to full-scale production.

As a key engineering contact between Jiga and manufacturing partners, you'll help build trust and accelerate execution. If you have a strong process background and experience in manufacturing engineering, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering or NPI experience.
• Proven track record managing NPI programs from prototype to production.
• Fluent in FAI, control plans, and quality protocols.
• Deep understanding of various manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the NPI funnel from RFQ to production.
• Manage FAI, qualification, and quality protocols.
• Enforce configuration and revision control.
• Act as the technical project manager on programs.
• Build relationships with manufacturing partners.
