Job summary

Jiga is seeking a Program Manager to partner with top customers and own their production journey from prototype to scale. You’ll translate complex technical requirements into production reality, navigate supply chain challenges, and help hardware teams ship high-quality parts remotely from the US.

You will own customer production outcomes, manage complex projects across CNC, sheet metal, and molding, and bridge engineering specs with supplier capabilities and business timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing and program management.
• Experience managing production projects end-to-end.
• Proven track record interfacing with demanding customers on technical projects.
• Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and processes.
• Startup experience and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own customer production outcomes — single point of accountability for top accounts.
• Manage complex production projects across CNC machining, sheet metal, and molding.
• Scale products to production, guiding prototyping to volume manufacturing.
• Strategic supply chain navigation to foresee and solve issues.
• Bridge engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and business timelines.
