Qualifications

• 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, casting).
• Experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle.
• Ability to interface with demanding customers on complex technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Own customer production outcomes and accountability for manufacturing success.
• Manage complex production projects across processes and scale-up.
• Guide transition from prototype to volume manufacturing.
• Navigate strategic supply chain and translate specs to timelines.
• Bridge engineering, supplier capabilities, and business needs.
