Jiga is seeking a Program Manager to become the strategic partner for our top customers, owning their production journey from prototype to scale. You will translate complex technical requirements into production reality, navigate supply chain challenges, and ensure critical projects succeed.

You’ll drive production outcomes across CNC, sheet metal, injection molding, and related processes, interfacing with customers and suppliers to hit timelines and quality targets.

Formación

• 5+ years in custom mechanical manufacturing (CNC, sheet metal, casting, etc.).
• Experience managing production projects through their full lifecycle.
• Proven track record interfacing with demanding customers on complex technical projects.
• Deep understanding of DFM, tolerances, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer production outcomes and be the single point of accountability for top accounts’ manufacturing success.
• Manage complex production projects, including DFM issues, supplier selection, quality requirements, and scale-up challenges across processes.
• Scale products to production by guiding customers from prototyping to volume manufacturing and predicting roadblocks.
• Bridge technical and business requirements by translating engineering specs, supplier capabilities, and timelines.
