Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Project Manager, Implementation for HP Strategic Clients to lead complex deployment projects, transition clients from current PBMs, and implement new services. This role emphasizes building trust, coordinating across Navitus SMEs, and ensuring clear communication of requirements, progress, and issues.

You will manage readiness, kickoff, and go-live activities, travel as needed, and support multiple client projects while contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 4 years’ project management experience with external clients.
• Knowledge of PBM or healthcare industry preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in readiness assessments and potential sales initiatives.
• Be the primary face to the client, involving significant travel.
• Lead client Kick-off meetings for requirements gathering and discovery.
• Assist with impact analysis to determine requirements for smooth implementation.
• Document requirements in standard templates and obtain client approval.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and open items logs.
• Provide weekly status reports to management and client.
• Assist with escalated client issues as needed.
• Provide go-live support via remote or on-site access; may involve non-business days.
• Facilitate Post-Implementation Review meetings.
• Support other client and internal department projects.
