Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey teams, oversee field technicians, and perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.

You will evaluate surveys, maps, and aerials, coordinating with drafting and operations to complete projects on time and within budget. Candidates must hold a PLS license with field and office surveying experience, plus a proven track record in client development and crew management.

Formación

• Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license; multi-state licensure a plus.
• Field and office surveying experience required; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to take direction and grow with the company.
• Proven experience managing survey crews.
• Able to work remotely if needed; self-motivated and driven.
• Experience using AutoCAD and/or Carlson Survey; Quickbase is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage survey technicians.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
• Conduct research at town, county, and state levels.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps, and aerials to identify constraints.
• Compute quantities and volumes; communicate with crew chiefs daily.
• Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and operations for status updates and plan revisions.
