Blew & Associates, P.A. is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor to lead survey crews and oversee boundary, easement, deed and title reviews. You will perform detailed research at town, county, and state levels, evaluate surveys and maps, and coordinate with drafting and operations to keep projects on time and within budget. Strong communication and business development skills are essential, plus remote-work ability.

Qualifications

• Valid PLS license is required.
• Experience in land surveying in field and office.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration.
• Experience managing survey crews.
• Self-motivation and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee survey technicians and manage fieldwork.
• Perform boundary, easement, deed and title reviews.
• Research town, county and state levels for constraints.
• Evaluate surveys, field notes, maps and aerial photos for planning.
• Communicate status updates and discuss plan revisions with teams.
