Job summary

New Law Business Model (NLBM) seeks a Solutions Engineer to troubleshoot, maintain, and improve the technology powering Accelerator. You’ll investigate complex problems, test and implement solutions, and document the work while guiding clients with clear, patient explanations.

You are a systems navigator and educator who balances ownership with empathy, helping overwhelmed users move from frustration to productive outcomes through structured processes and repeatable fixes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering GoHighLevel and HubSpot across multiple accounts.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and document results clearly.
• Experience guiding clients through solutions using Loom or Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Own complex troubleshooting from discovery to resolution with root-cause analysis.
• Administer and support Accelerator tech environment across connected systems.
• Investigate APIs, data mappings, DNS, and integrations; document results.
• Create repeatable fixes, update documentation, and share knowledge.
