Bestow is seeking a Support Engineering Manager to lead a team of Technical Solutions Engineers and own the engineering support queue across enrollment, underwriting, billing, and documents. You will stay hands-on with code and drive incidents, SLAs, and durable fixes while building scalable processes and self-service tooling.

You will mentor engineers, define metrics, and partner with carrier teams to ensure Go-to-Market readiness and robust incident response.
