Job summary

Nelnet Business Services (NBS) seeks a Client Onboarding, Implementation, and Success Lead to manage the full lifecycle for the assigned platform. You will coordinate onboarding kickoff, training, and ongoing adoption, working across product operations and support to ensure client satisfaction.

You will conduct product demos, tailor workflows, document processes, and mentor teammates while monitoring usage to promote long-term value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in client success, implementation, or onboarding roles.
Experience creating process documentation or training materials.
Experience with SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding from kickoff through go-live with workflow configuration and deliverable management.
Conduct product demos, discovery sessions, and client education to support adoption.
Deliver training to administrators and end users; maintain training resources.
Document onboarding workflows, guides, and internal procedures.
Mentor teammates on processes, system navigation and client engagement.
