Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management) to lead a team of PMs delivering deployment projects on time and within budget.

You will drive program initiatives and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, with a focus on portfolio delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience or equivalent military experience required.
• Strong proficiency with project management software, such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA.
• Good organizational skills including tool utilization (spreadsheets, project management tools, mind maps), information collection, attention to detail, and prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills including collaboration with upper management, clients, and other departments.
• Masters in management discipline is a plus.
• Project Management Institute PMP certification or equivalent a plus.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship, training, and performance management to foster a high-performance culture.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of platform solutions into existing security frameworks.
• Report on KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the PMO and present findings to executive leadership.
• Risk Management: Ensure PMO practices align with the company's overall risk management strategy and minimize exposure and risk.
