CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide a growing team building a scalable, reliable platform. You will drive architecture for core infra services, participate in roadmapping, and mentor senior engineers across multiple product teams.

The role emphasizes cloud cost optimization, automation, and high-availability design in a multi-cloud environment, with hybrid work options and strong collaboration across remote and onsite teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in configuration management and automation tools.
• Proven ability to design and operate large-scale distributed infrastructure.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD, TDD, and reliability practices.
• Hands-on with Linux in business-critical environments.
• Experience with multi-cloud deployments and cost optimization.
• Leadership of senior engineers and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage a growing team of engineers focused on building quality platforms.
• Architect large-scale core infrastructure services for service teams.
• Lead regular retros, capacity and planning meetings with your team.
• Review and approve design proposals and roadmaps.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and enforce deployment standards.
• Contribute as a technical consultant across engineering groups.
