Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Manager to lead a team of project managers, drive efficient deployment, and ensure portfolio delivery within budget. You will work across cross-functional teams to refine processes and improve customer satisfaction while advancing CrowdStrike Platform Services delivery.

The role emphasizes project discipline, KPI reporting, risk management, and alignment with security frameworks, with remote-friendly options and strong compensation potential.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business or equivalent education or experience.
• Strong proficiency with PM software: Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, JIRA.
• Masters in management is a plus; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of project managers, providing mentorship and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform solutions align with security strategies.
• Report KPIs and PMO metrics to executive leadership and improve delivery processes.
• Apply risk management and delivery methodology to minimize exposure and ensure on-time, on-budget projects.
