Job summary

CrowdStrike seeks a Professional Services Manager (Project/Program Management) to lead a team of Project Managers delivering customer deployment projects on time and within budget. You will drive program initiatives and collaborate across functions to improve processes and platform services delivery.

Your role focuses on portfolio efficiency, revenue targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while applying our delivery methodology.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/training/experience.
• Strong proficiency with project management software (Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, or JIRA).
• Excellent presentation skills including written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions into security frameworks.
• Report on KPIs and PMO effectiveness to executives.
